Calling, Preparation, & Sending

The Lord had called Jesus to a very important assignment, and He had a right to begin His remarkable work anytime He chose to. Isn’t that what most Christians believe about their own calling? Isn’t that what you believe? When we detect a need or a problem in our community, we feel it’s an automatic invitation to solve it, correct? Unfortunately, the Lord disapproves. He reserves to Himself the right to prepare us and then to release us into our calling.
