An orthopedic surgeon takes exacting X-rays before conducting surgery. Likewise, spiritual coaches benefit from looking inside a person before beginning an engagement. Just as the Lord sees from the inside out, a coach benefits from having a detailed understanding of a participant's personality (the soul).
“For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart”Â

What is the Soul?
A prism splits the white light from the sun into specific wavelengths. Similarly, our Spiritual Strategies Assessment divides the integrated human personality into 24 unique traits, such as:
- Nurturance
- Trust
- ContentmentÂ
- Creativity
- Leadership
Did you know that each of these 24 traits is exemplified by certain Bible characters?
For example, Barnabas was known as being a warm, affable individual. He likely had a high Sociability score. He was chosen to accompany Paul in his missionary journeys because Paul was known to have a rough attitude. They balanced each other well.
Thomas must have had a low Trust score. When he was told by the other disciples “We have seen the Lord“. He replied, “I will not believe until I see in his hands the print of the nails.“
What do you suppose is your score in each of these traits?
Our Profile provides important insights into the human personality (the mind, will and emotions). It provides the insights needed to initiate the transformation of our soul.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Winslow Traits Analysis
...provides a comprehensive overview of an individual's unique personality, measuring 24 traits on a scale of 1-10. These scores are used to predict an individual's likely behaviors, some of which may conform to Biblical standards and some of which may not.
The Disciple's Report
...provides your participants with a 45-page report describing the degree of strength and vulnerability of each of these 24 traits.
The Coach's Report
...offers powerful insights into the participant's personality, indicating which traits may need further consecration.
Authorized Discipleship Coaches
After taking the profile and reading the report, some participants want to make personal changes in their behavior and attitudes. While people are free to makes changes on their own, many would prefer to engage a Discipleship Coach. If so, this professional, objective assessment will quickly build trust, understanding, and agreement between the two parties.
